Newbie Owner
I have been living all alone in my apartment over three years now, but back then I had relationships and boyfriends to keep me occupied. I hardly spent time in my apartment, as I was busy spending time with my friends and current lovers. After being badly hurt in my last relationship, I wanted to take a break out of all of it and try to heal from everything I have experienced for many years.
It was then I realized I was feeling lonely having to retire myself in my place all the time. I figured to get myself a pet, so I settled for a cat to take home with me. After visiting the vet and getting advice on the things I would need to purchase, I started shopping for food, toys and even a cat scratch tower. So far, I have slowly gotten used to being alone and actually enjoying it. Thanks to my cat, I have taken the time to resolve my issues before I can get in another relationship – all without getting lonely in my apartment.
Small Space
In my apartment, I have to be very particular with the things I bring in to the space. I am already worried about the look of the space because it all seems too cluttered. I have yet to move to a much bigger space since I would need to save up first in order to afford it. For the meantime I have no choice but live with what I currently have.
Since I live with my dog, despite the challenges in terms of the space I still have to make sure that I can get my dog to be comfortable in the apartment. This is the reason why I had to research and be patient in finding the best pet bed for him. Good thing I was able to see this corner pet bed on the internet which worked perfectly for my room. This way both of us can enjoy the space we currently have.
Party Giveaways
I never really had any pets growing up, since my dad was allergic to fur. We never really considered getting other animals because I knew it would be an additional task for our mom who would then need to clean up everything after our pet. This was why I always thought to myself that I would get one when I already have the chance.
During one of the underwater themed party of one of my friend’s kid, they distributed some fishes to the guests as giveaways. Not wanting to simply throw it out, I decided to transfer the fish to a bigger aquarium and get some fish supplies to make sure that the creature survives it out. I am still trying to learn more about how to properly take care of these things, but I am hoping to get better in time.
Oral Hygiene
For humans, we would be recommended by our dentists to brush our teeth after every meal in order to prevent bacteria and plaque from forming. We would also be advised to floss and gargle mouthwash in order to maintain the best oral hygiene. Not only do we need this for our oral health, we would also want our smiles to be perfect, not to mention have fresh breath whenever we talk to other people.
The same goes with our pet dogs, they also need to maintain good oral hygiene at all times. Aside from the usual brushing, the use of dog chews also comes in handy to ensure that our pet dogs will always have great oral health. Just the same, they need to be take of properly the same way that we do when it comes to ourselves.
Click And Pay
The thing I love most about online shopping is the fact that it is so much more convenient compared to conventional shopping. I would not even have to go anywhere except in my room. The best part about it is that I would not even have to change just to get what I need. It also saves me money from having to travel to find what I am looking for.
Just the other day I decided to give my pet a new home. I looked for a reputable pet supply store online, and looked for a bigger cage for my bird, I also got some new water bowls, some feeding equipment and T perch for birds. I had everything I needed all in one go. All I needed was to click on the things I want to purchase and input my payment information and voila! I will simply expect the items I ordered in my front door in a few days from now.
Visiting Tabby
Since I needed to travel a lot because of my line of work, there were some sacrifices I needed to make. I had decided on shifting to a totally new career after I realized that I was no longer happy with the one I used to do. It was now or never, and despite the many things I had to give up I know that this is the only way for me to figure out what I want and see if this is the life I wanted to live.
Given my schedule and frequent travels, I had no choice but to give my dog to my older brother. This was a painful thing to do since my pet was the one who used to keep me company in my apartment. Whenever I am in town I would always come and visit my pet, bringing over some treats and multi pet toys which I know he enjoys a lot. I hope that in time I would be able to get him back once my schedule has been fixed in place.
My Buddy
I have had my pet dog for more than 5 years now, and he is the one who is always with me wherever I go. I rely on him for just about anything, and he has been a great buddy and best friend ever since my friend gave him to me when he was just a pup. Now, he even accompanies me whenever I go on hunting trips by myself or with a few buddies of mine.
Since I always take him on hunting trips, I have also invested on hunting dogs supplies to make sure that I would be able to better care for him and look after him while we are out in the woods. My dog can get pretty excited once we are out so I would need to make sure that I can easily monitor and track him wherever he goes. This is the only way I can have the peace of mind when I bring him along.
Going Nowhere
The one thing I am always worried about is whenever our pet dogs would find a way to go around the house and end up messing up the entire place. I usually want to contain them in one area so that I would not have to worry about stains, breakage or any other chaos happening in my home. With such a big house I need to maintain it can be extremely difficult.
This is the reason why I asked my husband to get me one large pet gate which I saw on the internet the other day, in the hopes of containing my pets to stay in one area alone. This way I can simply leave them in the area and be able to work on the chores I need to do in the house. When I come back I will be assured that nothing bad has happened.
Revolting Smells
Owning a dog has a lot of perks. For one, I can keep myself entertained at all times when my dog is around. It keeps me happy and occupied at all times. These creatures also protect human beings. It allows me to feel much safer knowing that I have a pet which is willing to risk his life for me. Most importantly a pet dog is the only one which will be there for you no matter what.
The one thing I hate about dogs is that they absolutely love those chews which can really smell bad at times. I can imagine the smell of these things while they gnaw on them and play with them. Good thing my sister had discovered long lasting dog chews which are not only great for pets, they are also free from any smells and foul odors. This way, both my dog and I can be happy without any problems.
Brotherly Love
Growing up, my brother would always look after me and protect me very well. I remember the time when I was bullied by some of the mean girls in school. He was the one who came over and fought off all these classmates of mine. Since then, he would always be by my side ready to protect me against anything. He is the big brother everyone would expect.
These days though, we live a bit far from each other and only manage to see each other at the very best once a week. He lives in this remote spot in our town since he wanted to have some peace in order to do his job as an artist. I always try to bring him whatever gifts I can find off the internet as a way of showing affection. Last week I brought over some dog truck seat covers because he was complaining about how his pet was messing up his ride. Despite the distance, we have always managed to stay close through the years.
